65 graduates at Fall Commencement
Dr. K.O. Long, a 1970 McMurry University graduate and Dean of the School of Business at McMurry, was the featured speaker for McMurry’s 2009 Fall Commencement held Saturday, Dec. 12, at Radford Auditorium.

After the graduation ceremony there was a reception held in honor of all of the graduates and their families. A time set aside for the families and recent graduates to visit with their professors and staff members, and reflect on their time at McMurry.
McMurry is sad to see such a good group of students leave our campus, but we are excited to see where their journey takes them. We would like to wish all of our newest alumni the best of luck in all of their endeavors. Click on the article title to see a full list of graduates.

McMurry In China
A group of McMurry faculty, students, and staff will be traveling to China to work alongside the Amity Foundation in programs which will aid the children of migrant Chinese workers. This international mission trip will help us to build a mutually enhancing relationship with the poor of China, and provide a means for us to make a positive impact in the lives of suffering children. We are hoping that this will become an annual trip that will give McMurry students the opportunity to establish a heart for Christian service that will stay with them after graduation.
